You search for them now using NIP96
Filter results by content type (gif)
The caption is the search term that was used when the gif was uploaded
The alt text is the name of the gif from Tenor
You might just need a good way to filter duplicates using the hash and a way to semantically search so that it doesn’t require users to exactly input the same search term
But if you want an API let me know
