This quote is from Dostoevsky’s unfinished novel, Netochka Nezvanova. I wanted to share it because, I think that it captures, with haunting clarity, the mindset of every Bitcoiner, right before they discovered Bitcoin.

I have certainly felt this way. Within that, I did find new awareness that my upbringing did not teach me. It was a very dark and rough road for a duration that I am unable to calculate. It never fully goes away. I’m learning how to integrate instead.
