Good morning β˜€οΈβ˜•οΈ

As you can probably guess, I don't drink coffee in the morning or at any other time either... because I simply can't tolerate caffeine, except in homeopathic doses πŸ˜… Even though I love the smell of freshly ground coffee...!

From a raw food perspective, it's about generating dynamic energy in our body. Everything that gives us stimulated energy; like caffeine, sugar, adrenaline, i.e. especially animal hormones from meat and animal products, is not dynamic energy and has to be fed to the body again and again and makes the body "addicted". This energy doesn't last long either and over time tires out our entire system (lymphs, glands, organs, cell communication etc.).

Dynamic energy that the body generates from raw food is "real" fuel for the cells πŸ”₯

If a system is very weak, the topic of energy has to be approached very carefully. So don't turn everything upside down all at once!

After my lemon water, I had two glasses of H2 water and now a melon smoothie (even though people say you shouldn't mix melon with anything...) I did it anyway ☺️ After all, everyone has to listen to their body. But how do you tell the difference between intuition and old patterns? Not an easy question... It takes time, reflection, dropping masks, uncovering blind spots and observing a lot without judging.

My smoothie consists of melon, tiger nut flakes (chufa), dates, chia, vanilla, cashews, pine nuts, a little oat milk and water 🍈

I wish you a wonderful day and a relaxing weekend. Do something good for yourself πŸ’ PV πŸ«‚πŸ’œ

Good morning and happy weekend 🌞 PV dear nostr:npub1mgju776900wmddau3cdsz3kql2znwwq86mha4j24rx0aq8748s0sqlmpx4 πŸ’œ

Same to you Sweetheart πŸ™

What do you think of decaffeinated coffee?

I have tasted it in the past and it doesn't quite feel natural. Kind of acidic...and probably has gone through quite an industrial process. So I'd rather prefer drinking once in a while real coffee or grain coffee or lupine coffee, which has naturally no caffein. But also these variations have gone through industrial processes...

On a daily base I just drink herbal tea, filtered water and fresh juices πŸ˜ƒ

GM E, beautiful reading for this morning πŸ’œ thank you for sharing.

I like the part where you talk about intuition and old patterns... It made me reflect about it.

The way I see it, our minds have gathered (and are still gathering) information and learnings throughout life without us being aware of it, and intuition is the unconscious mind rapidly sifting through that cumulative knowledge and past experiences. It's tricky because old patterns also guide behavior without conscious deliberation, but maybe the difference between intuition and old patterns is how flexible and potentially innovative intuition may be. Old patterns are more rigid and rooted in the "safety" and familiarity of past experiences. They are consistent and repetitive, often leading to the same or very similar outcomes (not necessarily positive).

I hope this wasn't too dense for a morning thought πŸ₯Ή just putting some words out there. Thank you for opening the space to reflect on it and share this.

Hope you have a beautiful weekend and bring on those melon smoothies because I bet they're super tasty! πŸ€€πŸ’œβœ¨πŸ«‚

Oh dear nostr:npub17t33l3a3852l4ajh706ngwmpg2tj03uxsd6dvy4wumupdkcf59tspayzna Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your thoughts on this!! I love what you say! Yes!

Another point is that patterns and unconscious behaviour protect our inner guardian (the ego).

So when we start changing patterns, our ego feels insecure and if we are not aware of it, it takes us back to the old patterns. But when we are aware of this (ego) game, we have the power to change and evolve and free ourselves into new waters πŸ’«
