Lift weights with light weight but until failure & make sure you don't stop & are dripping sweat.

Go for low impact jogs that last at least 30min.

Eat foods that make you happy, but also your body happy.

Jump into ice water again.

It's about ice watering & sunning your balls.

Both increase your testosterone & overall ball health.

I end my showers cold, have been for over a year and a half. I'd get arrested if I sunned my balls, currently, so... That's gonna have to do for now. Heh.
