Go for low impact jogs that last at least 30min.
Eat foods that make you happy, but also your body happy.

i was there just a few days ago. comes in waves for me, hard to shake when in it. focusing on things empirical and completely in my control helps me, like going for a run or just something simple like completing a little home project. Here to listen, friend. Hope you gain some spirit back soon 🤙
