I don’t think I’ve had white miso. Just regular brown! Is it much of a different flavor?
White miso is much sweeter and not as salty. Its often used to make 合物 with daikon or kabu or something.
Interesting! Miso is salty not sweet in my mind, so that’s quite a big difference
