Hi Tanksen, how many heavy and interval workouts are you doing?
How are you splitting your heavy work?
Is it for example a 2 split (lower, upper).
I could recomend having a day rest or if too tempted to train after heavy Workout or Interval training, you may do a 1/2 load workout on a resting day. Resting is better moving anyway. ๐
Important is to always feel good, make sustainable gains and listen to what your body is telling you.
