I wasn't a hater, but thoughtfully skeptical.
I actually HATE the 2A suggestion MORE.
IN THE Cypherpunk wars, they went after Zimmerman with the Arms Export Control Act.
My gut says this 2A thing is NOT a protection, but an attack vector.
Doesn't make/absolve him if he's a spook. I leave that to each person to decide.
