2a rights are literally infringed by every US jurisdiction in some form or another. It's not any more magical or politician proof than any of the other 'rights' that we cede to them daily.
The gov can and will conjure exceptions to amendments at will and enforce them to make examples even knowing that the law will *eventually, maybe* be stricken down.
Lowery is an influencer farming engagement. He may say something novel, useful, or interesting eventually, but this was not it.
I was a hater and I really thought he was a spook.
