A few days ago I was walking with my furry companion and we both stopped to smell all the flowers, eat some delicious berries that were growing on their own. She also ate some grass in between and we just enjoyed being in the moment so much... and connecting so deeply with nature.

It is so healing to decide to just go for a walk, with no expectations, just the young me, the child in me, letting it thrive and live playfully, even if it is just for a few hours between the "serious reality"...
