Not sure where you live but do you have bitcoin ATMs? Find one that doesnt require KYC or just fake your info like everyone else. How about Robosats? If you are in Canada use BullBitcoin. Eash to give them fake info they require.
dont have ATMs here, live faaaaaar away from canada. Like other side of the world far. Cash here is only 1-2% of total fiat usage. Cant join a gym with cash, cant buy a bus ticket with cash here.

Check and see if anyone in your area is using AgoraDesk. Other option is send cash in mail to someone you trust and they will zap you? This will be risky though. You need to trust the person. Careful trusting random people on the internet.
