Is there a Lightning service that automatically withdraws to an on-chain address once the balance exceeds a certain threshold?

ChatGPT seems to think Phoenix and Breez but I am not sure if it would be that easy to do (channel management stuff)

I'd appreciate a plugin to #lnbits

and a budget plugin. Like you can't spend more then X over a month, ideally commutatively. For my kids.

Have that on my TODO list, but I really don't have enough energy to implement that...
