Is there a Lightning service that automatically withdraws to an on-chain address once the balance exceeds a certain threshold?

I'd appreciate a plugin to #lnbits
and a budget plugin. Like you can't spend more then X over a month, ideally commutatively. For my kids.

CoinOS (custodial) has this feature, and in LND you can configure autoloop.
Pretty sure Blitz wallet does that
