An increasing amount of people in the West feel disenfranchised by the current state of political affairs. A fraction of these people have a stance other than "vote harder".

Only after one understands that the system is too far gone to be saved from within can you begin to see where we are headed.

Few.

Amen.

A comment worth thought from the book Bitcoin is Venice paraphrased is: ‘Voting is a short cut to the outcome of violence without resorting to it.’ As more and more are disenfranchised and lose faith in their democracy we run a greater risk of returning to violence rather than not resorting to it.

Exactly. I finally woke up in 2020 realizing everything’s broken. Now I can’t fathom how people think voting harder will do the trick.

Sadly some people will never step off that board. We have to help as many as we can. Thank you #nostr #devs for giving us another tool. #plebchain

“Saving” the government from within is like “saving” the Mafia from within. It makes no sense because fundamentally they are both illegitimate organisations that shouldn’t exist.
