Nostr Web Client

I've never been a fan of Discord and only used it when there was no real choice (some tech support chats and Midjourney), but this is now getting out of hand... is this because of EU bureaucrats or something else?

I can't access any group chats (Alby groups are a real loss!) without doing KYC, which will definitely not be happening... anyone else getting this?

I'm so glad Nostr exists!

What should be switched off are EU bureaucrats.

Technically this can be switched off with a VPN to somewhere outside the EU, for now at least.

This is definitely a shot across the bow. They're clearly planning the digital ID stuff...

Tested now, seems to be an EU thing as VPN "solves" this... pretty bad either way. Hopefully the owners of these Discord channels start moving to other solutions.
