the dishes where i have re-created umami by combining the four major flavor senses on the tongue are often the most interesting...

the balances of spices are very subtle, and i never use recipes, but yeah cooking has always been a major source of joy since i figured out how to do it.

Wow! I am not sophisticated cook, the most complex thing I do is πŸ₯© πŸ˜‚πŸΆπŸΎ

pepper salt and oil, or butter unless you wanna get fancy and cook something like a balsalmic semi glace reduction in peppercorns.. :D
