Ok, I’ll say it. My favorite way to cook steak is in the air fryer. Fuck cast iron. And stainless steel can go to hell.
Add some seed oils on top before the air fryer, and my goodness -better than any steakhouse

True story. I ordered a porterhouse at the W hotel in Panama a while back. They brought it to me in a dish of boiling oil. It was canola oil. That hurt my soul.
