So, older people are to blame, and younger people do not learn. Maybe the youth aren't learning because they are too busy blaming elders?

Yes elder people to proud to teach the young! The young too ignorant to learn a thing ! A cycle !

Everybody is! That’s why it’s a personal decision to do better

Then why blame people older than you? Unless you are trying to say that no one did anything to make the world better until you were born.

That is the case for everyone even the older generation! Ugh !
