and your followers' client doesn't support understanding what that thing you embedded means
with NIP-31:
š they see a human-friendly text e.g. 'this is a Live Stream titled Rabbit Hole Recap #888"
with NIP-89:
š they click on the linked event and the most recommended (by that user's follows) live-stream compatible client opens up with the correct stream (e.g. Zap.stream or Amethyst opens up or any other clients that supports it)

I think it's just too new and clients haven't prioritized supporting it yet (other than Amethyst obviously)
