Sleep.

absolutely 💤

Depending on the pain.

Sleep

Warm water

Stretching

Sund and grass

Agreed .

We're creatures of nature. It does the job in its own time. Doesn't look for a quick fix. I don't expect one.

Be in pain

moment 🤙

Ice or warm. Find the cause of the pain and change life habits

Walk the pain away

depends on the type of pain and the affected area...

Depends what it is. If it's unpleasant to endure there are some herbs that don't numb the pain exactly like a classical painkiller but reduce it usually with other anti inflammatory effects turmeric, clove oil (mainly for dental issues) or perhaps cannabis.

Smoking weed

I literally have a seeds heat pack around my neck. The painkillers gave me a funny tummy.

If sleep won't help and it should go away soon then bear it until it does 😅. If it is too much take painkillers.

Movement. Stretching. Nature. Weed.

Is this a womans question?

no just curious how people deal with it 👀

In my opinion, you shouldn't take painkillers for simple pain because excessive use of painkillers can lead to addiction. But if the pain is severe, like if your leg is amputated in a war, then you can seriously consider taking painkillers.

I use to take pain killers as a kid as I get chronic migraines to this day. I later developed gut issues as a side effect which doubled the inflammation issues. So, I avoid painkillers all together now, opt for a cleaner diet and better sleep. If I get migraines now, hot pack and sleep.

Heat, cold

What about herbal tincture?

medicinal herbs

Which ones?

depends on the pain type. you can ask my AI https://pickabrain.ai/ab

Great job! Thank you very much for taking on this understanding.

Thank you!

If you have nerve pain, muscle pain, or cramps, weed helps relax your muscles and nervous system. 🍀

Acceptance, not endurance.

Try to figure out what it is that gives you pain.

Getting to the bottom of it will not make it go away but you'll learn a thing or two about yourself in the process.
