I understand the overarching point but isn’t the ordinary father described here living in an illusory world?

I’ll trade truth for one dimensional/ ignorance is bliss normalcy all day

I think the point of the post is that just upholding a regular family and life is a Herculean task.

100% agree on the point that any (decent) father is objectively more capable than a man without children.

I think the inclusion of OSU/ light beer threw me off
