Oh I understand you. If the doses were high enough then everyone would start dropping like flies. Everyone would get too suspicious. It is a slow gradual build up of poison in the system that causes an accumulative effect on the body over time.

Until eventually you get a dumbed down, non aggressive, and highly controllable population with an avalanche of health problems. Sound familiar?
