I'm a sucker for motivational books. I find that blasting through one every now and again pumps me up to stay on task, get shit done, and try new things. Really enjoyed both David Goggins books recently.

Are there books like this that you've really enjoyed? Drop your suggestions, I'd love to hear them.

Check out my Instagram if you want to get some motivation to get shredded.

I know that's not a book but the boost in confidence that one has with a six pack and bicep veins is very motivational.

A lot of my videos that I try to post here don't load for some reason.

Proof of Work Fitness app coming soon!

I heard one of his quotes today. Synchronicity. Here's where I heard it. Profound dudes and enlightening conversation. It is 3 hrs, but worth it.

More on the spiritual side, I highly suggest “opening doors within”.

Great as a daily source of wisdom.

I listen to Hormozi whenever I really need to get shit done. But thanks for sharing your book, I’ll check it out.

The Mandibles.

But srsly: “Think Rich, Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill.

“The mother asshole from which all motivational books were birthed” I believe its referred to as.

* “Think and Grow Rich”

The Comfort Crisis by Michael Easter.

Downloaded and started listening to it at the gym this morning. Really enjoying it so far!

The Magic of Thinking Big by David J. Schwartz.

Deep work

The Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey

The Mandibles.

There are a couple of nice ones. Have to look up their names first, though...

A really nice one is the unabridged audiobook version of this.

"No Excuses!: The Power of Self-Discipline for Success in Your Life" by Brian Tracy.

I generally prefer audiobooks read by the authors themselves.

"The Five Elements of Effective Thinking" is also a great audiobook. It summarises effective thinking through lots of easy to understand examples. You can make a moron listen to this & he will definitely grow some brain cells listening to it. Happened to me already. :D

The Magic of Thinking Big

really helped me when i first read it around 2009. re-read it last year 👌

For interesting alternative/atypical motivation book I would recommend any book by Kapil Gupta.

I also second the suggestion of Jocko Willink’s Extreme Ownership

Richest Man in Babylon, simple...yet effective.
