not cool. i remember my daughter calling me from a closet during an active shooter (in the neighborhood) warning. she couldn't get in touch with her other mother and i was a state away. i felt so helpless. this evil american trend is fucking terrifying
Awful. I’m so sorry that you’ve had to go through that. They also do annual “evacuation drills” at the school and had a bomb threat evacuate the campus several years ago. It’s so sad that this is the world we’re raising our kids in.
