Sorry to interrupt your joke. But for me meaningful conversation is more important then a joke. Especially in a cultural context, when so many people really can not even understand, that a constant liar can not relyably promise something... (trump)
I think he is busy with all these crypto stuff to care much about the housing market. But the problematic stuff is all those credit card, auto and morgage loans that are getting delinquent.
I was joking at the absurdity of the situation and do not really think the market is going to collapse, quite the opposite, these guys are going to print like there is no tomorrow and the house market will most likely skyrocket.
But I cannot control that, so I will work on my craft instead 😀
