Good morning π Beautifully growing πππΌππΌ Even with a tomato heart π
No one grows ketchup like Franny π
The tomatoes shape is intriguing i tell you π

The slugs ate everything. They even climbed up to our high bed and then ate our raspberries.
Dicks are the solution. They eat the slugs, but leave the rest of the garden unscathed
Ducks π«£π€£π€
But it was kinda true, tho. π Sometimes dicks *are* the solution.
Sometimes they really are π
We thought about getting some walking ducks, from the neighbor, but then we need to put up a fence. Have to chop down some trees, first.
And they poop everywhere.
however, they do mow the lawn very nicely
We used to have some. Really great animals. But you definitely need a fence and a water basin or something similar. The poops weren't too bad for us. The ducks weren't on the lawn or patio much. And it's all gone after a rain. They can be a bit noisy sometimes. Better than any guard dog. Oh yes and you have to make sure they don't get taken by the fox. We've had a few losses π₯Ή
We had bunnies until recently, but they both died last year.
The hunting birds were always eyeing them.
