You're experiencing anxiety? You've got all the information you need -- now, take action.

Plus, it could also be a sign of low oxygen levels, so take a few minutes to focus on your breath uninterrupted (nasal breathing, not mouth).

And regarding "grass," I meant any herb you fancy. On that note: ever try mullein? It pairs beautifully with tobacco.

The oxygen levels may be an issue, but I’ve tried grass in several environments over the last 2 years to try and make it work. I just can’t get past the anxiety.

The phenomenon you're experiencing is complex, but I have some helpful advice:

First, focus on your mindset and environment--find a comfortable, clean, and private space, ideally alone.

Practice daily meditation to sharpen your mind, which can better prepare you for the experience of elevation through earthly or medicinal substances.

When reintroducing cannabis, use meditation to navigate any troubling thoughts that arise (Just be present with all cognitive patterns). Remember: You are NOT your thoughts!

It's challenging, but accepting your dualistic nature is key to gaining a greater perspective of your psyche.

Practice! Practice! Practice!

Lastly, be mindful of your physical state--avoid getting high when sleep-deprived or dehydrated.

Namaste.

I used to have a problem with smoking and now I see it as a blessing that I don't crave it. Problem is that I want alcohol more now than grass.

I've had a lot of trauma related to weed in my past and honestly just hate it at this point. Certain things have ruined the entire experience for me.

I appreciate your help though.

My pleasure.

Shrooms can curve your alcoholic cravings. They're truly magical!
