My intention here was (and is) only to bring a little more compassion into a nuanced and polarizing discussion.

But I also know a troll when I see one.

I’m not going to tell anyone what to do. If you want to sterilize yourself go ahead. That’s not my business.

However:

As a “citizen” of this country, I hold some responsibility for the actions of this government.

Cps is taking children away from their parents because of this ideology- that’s where I have a right to disagree and make my opinion heard.

If you agree with that court case and many others like it I don’t have anything nice to say to you bud.

No I have not but I am aware of what it is.

I am an anti-collectivist.

The only Just function of a government is the prevention of violence to its citizens/customers.

It should especially not be given the grounds to endorse, encourage, or FUND violence- which is the premise of what I’m arguing here.

If you say sterilizing people is not violence- then ok then, GFY, but I do not have any right to dictate how you live your life.

If you ask me, through my taxes and my passive consent, to help facilitate the practice-

on children-

without their parent’s consent——

then we have a problem.
