I'm in a similar situation with one of my miners. It seems to run ok when underclocked but i suspect its not entirely efficient... When I try to clock it at 1450 the tuner never stabilizes no matter how long i run the miner. Are you seeing similar behavior?

Sort of. It’s not entirely stable, but not sure if it’s because of the one hashboard being completely out. No power and no light on the board itself and no power or hash showing on the dashboard either.
Not the worst thing ever I guess, I mean it’s underclocking by itself now, but obviously I’d like to get all 3 boards operating.
