Do you mean fees to receive payments? What is very high?
I couldn't find a route with 3000 ppm trying to pay an AlbyHub user and my nodes are pretty well connected

Our channels on Alby Hub are all set to ZERO PPM.
Have you tried different routing fee amounts?
