Being constantly really hard on yourself, such as the diet, will end up causing you more stress, even if you start changing your diet.
Youโre diet ainโt the problem, the root of the stress and the way you manage it is something you can work on though ๐

Real talk! Probably made up but I just heard a story a couple days ago about a researcher who would pet the experiment rabbits before feeding them bad food and they showed better health results. He wasnโt supposed to put them he just wanted to. ๐ I know that whether itโs fake or not, the essence of the story is true.

Try protein packed snacks aka beef sticks, summer sausage low-processed meat.

Sounds like when I canโt fall asleep because Iโm stressed about being too tired for the big meeting in the morning. ๐

Can someone code the cure for this?
Try:
-Sarting with a huge glass of water
-Drinking 2 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar
-Setting a timer for 10min and waiting until it goes off before taking a bite of anything
-Doing 25 air squats every time you think to eat a snack between meals
-Mindful eating
-Starting with vegetables, then eating animal fats+protein, and end with sugars if still riding it out (if you start with sugar, you'll send a message to your gut+brain to beg for more)
The above are things that have helped me overcome the same issue. If you still find yourself eating too much: be sure to drink water and do light exercises to help your body digest the food.
