It's chilly in the kitchen, so it's gonna be a long wait for the oven. I added some extra starter yesterday for a boost. I just have to be patient so I don't end up with a flat loaf.

if you want to make a makeshift proofing box you can put your dough in a microwave or insulated cooler with a jar of hot steamy water.

That's a good idea. I opened the window and it's warmed up considerably. It looks like it's chugging along well now ๐Ÿš‚
