THOUGHTS: on not having enough air time in a conversation.

~Noticing my internal reaction/emotion without judgement. What value does my reaction reveal? Can I have compassion/respect for that value?

~Agency: awareness of my ability to control how I act, and to some extent how I respond. Could I make space between the feeling itself and my response?

~Peace: Building the ability to BE WITH what is. Awareness of the training potential that's right here in front of me. This a very important skill and worth nurturing/growing.
