Nostr Podcasts app idea:
1. Let users indicate the add sectiions of a show
2. Let all other users listen to the add-free versions (app skips indicated sections)
3. Let zaps flow from the latter to the first group

Group 1 can be the podcast hosts themselves.
- They would still be earning sats for it
- They don't have to go through the hastle of making 2 different versions (with two different identifiers, comment sections, etc...)
How about this:
1) let owner suggest fee rate
2) let all users tag sections
3) decide if you want to 'auto skip' or 'play full'
If 'auto skip':
3.1) chose users you want to trust (or blacklist users you don't)
3.2) decide of you want to use suggested fee rate or other custom rate
3.3) pay owner
4) credit helpful users in web of trust
