Good morning, reminder that red meat contains every essential nutrient in bioavailable form, while plants contain only specific nutrients in small quantities, in non-bioavalable form, while also containing defense chemicals that are likely the root cause of that annoying chronic health problem you've been experiencing for years.

Plants are designed to poison you. Just because that spinach salad isn't killing you immediately doesn't mean it's not causing enormous damage to your body through oxalates, lectins, and other toxic compounds these plants have built up over millions of years to defend themselves against predators in the wild.

Take the raw pill anon. Cooking denatures proteins, reducing bioavailable nutrients and increasing carcinogens.

Some proteins are good to denature (also good to destroy some molecules). For milk, meat, and fruit raw is indeed better but for grains and other vegetables well cooked is much better (they are full of toxic proteins and other compounds).
