Involvement is where it gets fun.
I do this whenever there's a lot of negativity or judgement.
I make a very deliberate point of not interacting with any of it.
I do it for myself & not because I think it has any lasting impact.
There's something powerful about observing without action or judgement that I've never truly appreciated. Over time it starts to shift your reality.
