Have you seen any instances where a bad actor promotes spam content via engagement with an army of bots?

I’m guessing this has not been much of a problem yet, but we can anticipate that it likely will become a problem at some point.

I’m thinking about how best to apply centrality scores like nostr:npub1xdtducdnjerex88gkg2qk2atsdlqsyxqaag4h05jmcpyspqt30wscmntxy ‘s TrustRank or my GrapeRank to sort content. These scores can be personalized, but they take a lot of work and computation and might be too burdensome to expect every client to implement independently. So scores could be calculated elsewhere and then exposed via API to clients like Primal who employ them in content curation.

happens all the time. profiles relays are filled with fake social graphs

Do you see people using reports to flag them as fake?

not nearly at the same volume as they come in no.. people dont notice it because theyre just gaming the primal algo to get an account trending

Sounds like an api that returns grapevine WoT influence scores would be useful
