I get my Bambu A1 model printer, assemble and met with a Z axis error. Troubleshooting efforts lead me to nowhere, checked all the boxes until I have to submit a ticket. Wish me luck 😔

Do you still get the same message when moving it ? I have the same model and not seen this before. Is it the first time you fired it up?

Yes. Tried to move it manually and start from different positions. First time I fired it up and this is what I got when calibrating.

Is the z-axis limit switch properly installed and connected? Perhaps it came loose in shipping.

It is the mini prong type switch that stops/limits travel in either direction.
