OK, cool. I get it. But we do bond over similarities with other people, I think that’s human nature. In general. Not sure good or bad factors in.

I’m with you on focusing on the positive, it is amazing to me the energy people devote to the negatives.

(I’m personally going through something really challenging, it’s in my face all the time, can’t escape, can’t ignore, and I appreciate that finding anything positive may be a struggle. For me, the first step is staying aware.)

Awareness is key, I am not discarding the other emotions, I just chose to concentrate on JOY on that note. (as well as suggesting how trauma bonding is often used by abusers to get closer to their preys)
