What I can't understand is why we're still using structural designs from the 70's. No wonder you keep tipping over 🙄. Maybe try something that has interior oscillation and multiple points of exterior stability.

You don't understand. After it lands, say it tips over onto it's side. Well with an exterior frame that has multiple points it can lay on, you would need the interior to correct itself as well, which is where the oscillation would come in handy.
