I love the point re knowing the system is not broken, it is working as designed because this prevents too much energy being wasted on hating on the system, instead that energy is used to create cool stuff that provides solutions or all round enhances the quality of our lives. I see and feel this a lot, so much time and energy pointing the finger and looking outside for someone to blame, when we could be spending that time building cool shit!
