Back when I did mostly bar bell lifts I was plateaued at particular weight on deadlifts for along time. I thought i peaked. i kept tweaking my back. I stopped and only did swings for a few months when I came back I set new personal best.

That was a while ago. Back then I was trying to get as strong as humanly possible. Now I lift mostly for health and mobility. I just want to be able to garden until I die.
I always thought muscle confusion was mumbo jumbo but....stuff like this keeps happening
