I found out NVK was buying domains similar to the SeedSigner project just to throw up a warning on the landing page telling people not to use it as a hardware wallet because it's “just an offline computer.”

Dang. After a whole bunch of research I just bought a Q because it seemed like the superior product. I know he’s an asshole.

Yeah, I have that one too. I had a lot of resistance because I found him an asshole and didn’t want to support him. But I eventually did and it’s shit at generating a readable QR code. You’re gonna have to use microSD.
