today I saw a video of someone preparing wool fiber on a carder, spinning the yarn and weaving a scarf. then listed the scarf for sale at $450. it was shown as sold out.

that gives me confidence to do the things that I want to do.

I bet it did sell. But, beware of manufactured scarcity strategies.

I am a little skeptical also whether it is actually sold or not. after all, nothing stops this person from taking fancy photos, making a listing and artificially setting it as sold on the backend.
