If you are looking for your first grinder, consider Timemore C3 or 1Zpresso Q2 Air instead.
Avoid purchasing this thing. The Kalita grinder is unable to produce a consistent grind. Although it was shown in the anime series Chainsaw Man, this is not a valid reason to purchase it.

You may buy a mill for its performance, but I buy a mill for its appearance. You and I love coffee in our own way of enjoying it, right?
I wasn't talking about you (you're from Japan, and considering how dark beans roasted in Japan, you can "grind" them into powder by bare hand 🤣), but unfortunately, newbies often fall for the look and aesthetics of this grinder. As a result, they buy essentially the worst thing on the market. Even the metal in this grinder is of poor quality and can only compete with Hario ceramics.
Agree , I like Q2. the best of grip when we use grinder and easily use for woman as well.
