i have firmly come to the conclusion that once one is fully suffering from type 2 diabetes, even the lactose sugar in milk is too much

since switching over to home cooked pure beef double cheezburger i am losing weight, increasing muscle tone, and feeling a lot better - even with one small bun in the equation

i don't smell any hint of ketones ever when i am peeing now

another big struggle i have been having has been with cramping, especially in my feet... fixing that has required me to get strict about drinking at least a litre of water a day, and adding 50ml of 5g/L borax solution to that is also helping maintain my magnesium levels, and improving the rate of recovery from bone and tendon strain

and the other thing that is helping is salt - i take a teaspoon of himalayan salt, and wash it down with a glass of water most days, this helps keep the cramps away... the cramps are awful, and actually sometimes could be very dangerous, like when i'm riding a bicycle, and extremely depressing when they happen as i'm lying in bed at 4am in the morning, learning to avoid the cramp starting up is really difficult, it's like you make a little tension and then it just wants to turn into a knot

beef, salt and water truly are the two most important things to base a healthy life upon

actually, the way they make "somuna" in serbia is pretty much spot on, it's sorta like a hard pancake, like pita bread but thicker, not leavened...

now, punjena pljeskavica on somuna with zelena salata, ljutenica and kaimak is heavenly, and is basically cheezburger
