should I just be going for tallow for this, too? I eat beef and I scrub talllw on and off my skin, but for some reason rubbing it on and leaving it there seems gross.

grow a viking beard!

oh I absolutely would if I could. I can grow a solid mustache and a shit goatee but that's about it.

yeah, same here, i basically can grow the goatee and the mo is weak and the lambchops don't exist... this is the genetics i suppose

I'm Italian though lol

i don't think it's unusual for europeans, they have been screwing our hormones for a long time

If you want your facial hair to thicken up, use electric sheers to trim it instead of shaving, massage the skin regularly to increase blood circulation, only use soap when necessary, keep the skin hydrated, make sure you're not missing anything from your diet.

The direction you brush or comb will change how full it looks as well.

Genetics does play a part but unless you're from an ethnic group with low to no body hair environmental factors play a bigger role.

my diet is pretty perfect as far as I can tell. I exercise and sleep well. It's gotta be genetic. like I said, mustache is solid, but cheek coverage is a joke. you can measure distance between folicles in centimeters 😆

My advice is to get a better razer and cut with the hair instead of against it if you have irritation.

if it's just dry skin you're worried about tallow, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, etc. are all pretty much just as good as each other, find what you prefer, and yes you're meant to rinse it back off after applying

Also if you choose to grow it out, those same natural oils that are good for skin care are good for hair care.

I've got a good razor and do go with with grain. I don't usually get irritatation. more so just preempting dry skin (depending on weather, etc)

good advice, thanks

Coconut oil

I can't answer that, as I don't shave, but I am working on a tallow balm right now that may work. May have that within a week or so.

perfect!
