Sometimes I have this surreal clarity in the mornings. It's like 3 or 4 hours of 10x thoughtfulness. Not when I've used 🌿 though

that is the best

part of getting that regularly is going to bed by 9pm

i've started doing this again and i read a book for a while before i go down

so nice waking up feeling rested at 6am
