I decided to be a normie and actually sleep when I’m supposed to, which means my productivity will shrink by 20% or so. The late night hours are usually my most productive and I have to cut them off. But hey, maybe that will re-prioritize my activity and make me more productive during other hours 🤷‍♂️

it won’t

at least for me it didn’t

late night hours are magical

If you can afford it just sleep longer in the morning and have your evening working hours available. It's only about providing necessary sleep duration. Aim for 8 hrs.

I was coming to say the same thing. It’s important to sleep well even for your immune system 💜

Can’t, have to do stuff early in the morning

Know that feel bro. I'm most productive in the evenings too but grown up life forces me to start the day early and I will never get used to it.

Define productivity well rested hours versus sleepy ones might decrease that 20%

Tldr: nice take the rest you need

It worked for me, so my mornings turned into hyper productive time. 🐶🐾💪🏻

As long as you sleep 8 hours

You know its weird how it works. For me more sleep actually made me more productive. You think clearer and make better stuff. it might be different for you. But for me, more sleep did not shrink but actually expanded my productivity. By like a lot.

4 hours per day minimum to be functional without taking damage

6 hours is the optimal minimum.

8 hours for comfort.

#Protip: Following the natural diurnal rhythm is a good idea; Melatonin (the body's sleep hormone) has cellular and neural protective properties and disrupting Melatonin accumulation at night by exposing yourself to light, *especially* blue light, has negative health outcomes that we're only slowly becoming aware of these years.
