I pull espresso shots then put ice & raw milk.

I agree with you on other versions of coffee, but espresso is lightly caffeinated & has antioxidant benefits - more importantly it's the only way I get my raw milk consumption up to a gallon per week.

Raw milk has been incredible for me.

I drink it throughout the day which prolongs the period i wait for my first meal.
