I should be able to use this to run my ant miner from the dryer power, right?

should be able to with that access point, but you’d need a splitter that goes from your outlet to 2 C13 connections. Not sure that one would work.

Sorry, What model? I could have just lied to you.

Ah… Pro+. Ignore what I said. Great model, but different power config. Lemme consult with the council of psychopaths.

That adapter won’t work. The outlets are wired for 120V output and the miner needs 200V+.

Try this one with a built in breaker and wired for 240V output:

And this splitter to connect from the adapter to the miner.

Which antminer?

I know, proper pdu is the way to go. But for this space I just need a one-off… In theory it should work, right?

It should work, but you won’t have an on off button like with the PDU.

I went with a 30amp breaker

Mine is 30amp also, per the dryer..

Right on! I saw 20amp in the diagram and figured I would just clarify!

What’s the power requirements for your rig (voltage, current)? The cable looks dubious for an AC voltage conversion. Also did you test your dryer outlet?

Also it is worth noting that your rig would run more efficiently off 220, so if you don’t have to step down the voltage that is preferred.

The ant miner has two 110 inputs, it is this one. Ideally I get a proper pdu, but looking for a single unit fix for now..

That’s ~30 Amps, if you equally divide it over two ports 15 A per port should be ok. Not guaranteed if there are current spikes though.

True, PDU could manage that..
